Alonzo Matthew Williams was born on November 27, 1946, to the proud parents of Mazion Williams and Johnny Thomas.
Alonzo (lata) received his education in Miami, FL. He later met and married Dorothy Griffin. In this union they gained a son, Ronald Williams, who preceded him in death.
Alonzo was known for his respectful and memorable ways. Alonzo loved spending time with his family and friends. Alonzo was also known to be the life of the party. He loved dancing and laughing.
Alonzo (lata) leaves to mourn: his son, Tavaris; two daughters, Shelonda and Sharond; seven sisters, Portia, Patricia, Rhonda, Rennee, Cheryl, Andrea, and Avalyn; four brothers, Alfonso, Micheal, Timothy, and Johnny; a host of grands who all loved him dearly; and a host of nephews and nieces.
