Obituary
Charlie Bernard Felton was born on October 21, 1937, to the late Mae Lillie Howard and Charlie Felton in Montezuma, GA.
Charlie was educated in the Macon County Training school system.
On January 6, 1957, he united with his childhood sweetheart, Pearlie Felton. To this union, three children were born, Aderian, Stanley, and Jeffery.
In the year of 1957, Charlie and Pearl moved to Miami, FL, to continue their journey of life.
Charlie was a dedicated and faithful employee at Longshoreman.
Charlie was a family man and an all-around loving, kindhearted person who enjoyed good times in his years with friends and family. He also was a loyal fan of the Miami
Dolphins football team. Charlie fought a good fight for several years until September 6, 2023, at 12:13 PM when a soft voice spoke to him and said, “You left a good impact on your loved ones, you can let go now.”
Charlie was preceded in death with wife, Pearlie; son, Jeffery; siblings, Ophelia Felton Stewart, Iona Felton Lowe and Lucretia Felton Mason.
Charlie leaves to cherish his legacy of love: his loving daughter, Adrian Felton; devoted son, Stanley Felton; sister, Nettie Felton Ashmon; grandchildren, Jeffery Felton, Jr., Tanqelia White, Bershawn Jackson, Kameisha Hayes, and Katisha Hayes; 16 great-grands; and a host of nieces, nephews, and many, many friends.
