Obituary
Clarence Edward Wilkerson was born on July 18, 1955, to Rose Burns and Clifford Wilkerson. He received his early education at Lorah Park Elementary School and later attended Jackson Senior High School. Clarence went on to further his education, earning a degree in nursing, and devoted 40 years of faithful service to his profession before retiring.
Clarence will be lovingly remembered for his dedication, compassion, and commitment to helping others throughout his nursing career. His life touched many, both personally and professionally, and his legacy of service will not be forgotten.
Clarence is survived by his loving mother, Rose Burns; his brother, Clifford Wilkerson, and sister-in-law, Hilda Wilkerson; nephews Billy Lee Wilkerson, Jr., Joshua Lamont Wilkerson, Tywan Wilkerson, and Frederick Smalls; nieces Diane Wilkerson, Yolanda Wilkerson, and Patricia Wilkerson; along with a host of great-nieces, great-nephews, cousins, and dear friends who will forever cherish his memory.
Clarence Edward Wilkerson will be deeply missed but forever remembered for his kindness, dedication, and unwavering love for his family. His life was a testament to service, compassion, and quiet strength. Though he has transitioned from this earthly life, his legacy lives on in the hearts of all who knew and loved him. We take comfort in knowing that his work is complete and that he now rests peacefully.
