Obituary
Clyde Charles Finch was born on August 16, 1931, to Roy C. Finch and Annie M. Pellon in Slocomb. Alabama.
Clyde Graduate from Coffee County Training School in 1951 and then enlisted into the United States Airforce in 1951 for 2 years. Following his enlistment, he attended Pepperdine College in Malibu, California for 4 years and graduated with a Bachelor of Science Degree in Accounting. He practiced accounting in the State of Florida for many years.
Clyde taught for several years at Florida International University, after obtaining his Master’s degree from St. Thomas University in English and studied toward his PhD. in English.
Clyde was married to Annie L. Thomas with this union they had four children, Julie Finch, Chad Finch, Kim Finch, and Beyah Teri Finch-Watson.
Clyde had an accident, he was blinded and had to receive medical attention for many years. He was hospitalized for his sickness and treated for a decade at the VA Nursing Home until his passing.
He was preceded in death by his parents, Roy Finch and Annie Pellon, daughter, Carolyn Chambers.
Clyde leaves to cherish his memories, his children, Julie Finch, Chad Finch, Kim Finch, and Beyah Teri Finch-Watson; grandchildren; great-grandchildren; one brother, Roy Finch; one sister, Ernestine Faircloth; several nieces, nephews, and great-nieces and nephews.
