Obituary

Collene Palmer was born on May 28, 1945, in Leslie, Georgia.
Collene lived in Miami, Florida. Collene attended Miami-Dade College where she received her Associate of Science degree as a pharmacist technician. She worked at Mount
Sinai Hospital for many years and retired in 2010 as a nursing assistant.
Collene was preceded in death by her mother, Willie-Ruth Hall; father, Lee Hall; daughter, Janice Liverpool; and sisters, Gloria Ware and Martha-Ann Blackshear.
She is survived by her children, Franklin Palmer, Jr., (Sonja) and Brian Palmer (Cheryl), as well as her son-in-law, James Liverpool. She is also survived by her siblings, Francis Morris, Janine-Ruth Bullings, and Eugene Hall; grandchildren, Antwan Liverpool, Julio Liverpool, Ja’Cari Liverpool, Franklin Palmer III, Eryka Palmer, Symone Palmer, Kimberly Palmer, and Brian Palmer, Jr.; and greatgrandchildren, Akin Liverpool and Kimyia Liverpool.
Collene Palmer was a loving mother, sister, and grandmother. She devoted most of her time to caring for others and ensuring that all her loved ones were happy. She always
provided support and love for her family. Collene will be dearly missed by all who knew her. She will be remembered for the joy she brought to others in life, not the sadness of her passing.
