Obituary

On April 12, 1936, the proud parents Joe Williams and Elizabeth Powells were blessed with a charming baby boy, Earnest Williams. 


Earnest born and raised in Savannah, Georgia, before he departed to Miami as a teenager with his father. He was a hardworker and fun loving person who gave much warmth and happines to his family and friends he also received several certificates in building maintenance where he went on to be a great handyman he could fix and build anything. 


On May 25, 2025, at Jackson Hospital, God sent an angel to pluck him from the cares and worries of this world to have eternal rest. 


He leaves to cherish his wonderful memories: dearly beloved sons, Micheal Lamb; son, Anthony Sr. (Avril) Williams; loving grandchild, Toni Williams; great-grands, LaKato Hutchinson, Anthony, Jr. (Shanta) Williams, Alycia, Avery, Ahmari, and Timeko Clarke Williams; sons, Edgar (Megan) Williams, and Ronnie Scott; grandchild, Janiqua Williams, Edgar Jr., Anthony and Sr. Earnest Williams; daughter, Iresa (Eugene King) Williams; lovely niece, Nadine Wallace; grandchildren, James Dorsey and Jarvis Woods; daughter, Loudella Williams (Wayne Barr, Sr.); grandchild, Wayne Jr. (Julena) Barr, Viensha Barr, Erica Thornton, and Frederick Thornton; great-grands, Wayne III, Viekereia, Janiya, and Keyon Barr; great-great-grand, Wayne (Chase) Barr IV; along with a host of sorrowing relatives and friends.
