Obituary

Felicia Lenora Davis was born on January 28th, 1958 in the beautiful city of Miami, Florida, the first born daughter to parents Margaret and Samuel Davis Jr. Felicia received her early education through the Miami Dade County Public School system. Felicia was a true advocate of education, social activities and sports; throughout her years at Miami Central Senior High, she was a member of the Girls Athletic Association (GAA); volleyball team, track & field (shotput), and marched as a Majorette in the Miami Central Marching Band. She was well known for her athleticism, feisty attitude and beautiful smile.

Felicia loved sports, cooking, dancing and most of all, traveling. Throughout her life, she spent countless hours traveling back and forth to visit family and friends in various locations such as Minnesota, Massachusetts, New York and Nassau, New Providence, and other family islands in the Bahamas.

Felicia held number of positions throughout her professional career but she always maintained a love for the medical field.  She started her career as a medical coder for a local Miami Clinic, followed by working as a Registration Specialist for the Miami-Dade Elections Department and ended her career as an Assistant Manager at Rainbow Clothing.

Felica was an extremely loving and supportive mother, grandmother, friend, band member/parent, and wife.  She will be forever remembered as a God-fearing woman with a go-getting mentality.
