Obituary
On February 26, 1957, Freddie Lee Jones was born to Louise Clayton and Lewis Jones.
He was the second oldest of his five siblings.
As a child, Freddie enjoyed sports, karate, fishing, and skating.
He attended Dade County public schools, including Carol City and Edison Senior High School.
As a young adult, Freddie gave his life to Christ and went on to preach at various church.
Freddie met his wife at Power Faith Deliverance Church, and they were married on March 20, 1996. Freddie was a very fun, loving person with a big heart and generous nature. He never met a stranger. Everyone loved his good spirit and encouraging words. Freddie loved the Miami Dolphins and the Miami Heat.
Freddie was preceded in death by his mother, Louise Clayton-Adams; father, Lewis Jones; and stepfather, Eddie Adams.
He leaves to cherish his memories: his loving wife of twenty-nine years, Bonnie Jones; sons, Rico Johnson and Willie Brinkley; daughter, Tasheema Ogletree; sisters, Wanda Clayton, Loanna Jones, Yevette Adams, Olivia (James) Colquitt, and Carolyn (William) Smith; brothers, Robert Jones, Reginald Jones, and Michael Flenevry; grandchildren, Rico Johnson, Jr., Rikiyah Johnson, Kelis Brinkley, and Kyndall Rozier; and a host of nieces, nephews, cousins, and friends.
