Obituary

Gwendolyn Yvette Mason was born on December 26, 1945 to Ethel Mae White and James Gordon. Gwen was one of four siblings she loved and cherished dearly. Gwendolyn was loving wife, mother, grandmother, great grandmother, sister, aunt and friend to many. Gwendolyn was always concerned of everyone’s well being. Gwendolyn was a praying woman until her last breath. Despite her conditions she never complained always smiled and knew God was in charge. 

On the morning of November 2, 2024 at 9:50am Gwendolyn received her wings and was called home to be with her Lord and Savior Jesus Christ in Lakeland Fl.

Gwendolyn was preceded in death by her parents, Ethel Mae White and James Gordon.

Gwendolyn leaves behind to cherish Her three siblings, Sarah (Larry), Jerry (Carolyn) and Geneasha (Willard). Her three children, Gregory Sr. (Tonya), VaLisa (Norris Sr) and Njeri. Her grand children: Kierra (Carlo), Marvin, Cornelius, Krishna, Gregory Jr., Norris Jr., Dashon, Amauri, Ayana, Tavaris Jr., and Dontae. Her Great Grandchildren: JaKhari, Kai, Gregory III. and KyMari and a loving host of nieces, nephews along with other relatives and sorrowing friends.
