Obituary

Hubert Michael Myton, affectionately known as Hubbie, was born on October 12, 1993, in the beautiful city and state of Miami, Florida. He was blessed with two God-fearing parents, Deacon Lester V. Myton and Elder Brenda Myton.

Hubert attended Oak Grove Elementary School, Thomas Jefferson Middle School, William H. Turner Technical Arts, and North Miami Senior High school. He later went on to pursue a higher education by attending Miami-Dade College.

Hubert was passionate about community outreach; he was always eager to help others and those in need. As a result, he was given the opportunity to work in an insurance firm securing a management position.

Hubert was actively involved within his church, Mt. Moriah SDA. He was baptized at the age of 13. He served in several capacities within the church, the praise team, the choir, Mt. Moriah angels (sign language group), and the Adventist Youth Department (AYS). He loved the Lord with all of his heart; he blessed us with his beautiful voice and messages in song.

He had a great sense of humor and always had a positive outlook on life. He later succumbed to his failing health.

Hubert is survived by his father, Deacon Lester Myton; mother, Elder Brenda Myton; four siblings, Tatiana Augustine, Shantravia Myton, Malik Myton, and Anisha (Stephanie) Myton; and godsister, Susanna Patton. He leaves behind his grandfather, Deacon Orlando Nottage; uncle, Phillip G. Nottage (Wendy); aunt, Esther Harris; and godmother, Annmarie Henry; as well as his loving cousins, Natalie Nottage, Camryn Nottage, Brandi Carter, and Phillip B. Nottage. He is remembered by a host of other family and friends.
