Obituary
Kelly Anselme was born on November 17, 1946, in Port-au-Prince, Haiti, to the beautiful Yarlenda Anselme.
Kelly resided in Haiti until he relocated to Miami, Florida, in the 1970’s for a better life. In 1964, he met and fell in love with Brenda, and they wed in holy matrimony on May 31, 1975, for 49 years.
Kelly worked for various trucking companies until he retired. Kelly enjoyed various hobbies, such as playing soccer, playing dominoes with family, watching his favorite teams, the Miami Dolphins and the Miami Heat. Truly, his favorite hobby was getting up and showing his family he can out dance them at any family gathering.
Kelly was preceded in death by his mother, Yarlenda; mother-in-law, Mother Mary Dean; and various close family members from Miami, Haiti, and the Bahamas.
Kelly leaves behind: his wife, Brenda Anselme; one brother-in-law, Danny Williams; sister-in-law, Cynthia Hannah; four children, Latishia Brown (Theodore), Catherine Philistine (Robinson), Kelly Anselme, Jr. (Kristerra), and Alix Anselme (Mounia); ten grandchildren, Taybrianna Stevens, Josalyn Anselme, Jacqueline Kelly Anselme, Kamari Anselme; five great-grandchildren, Takari Moses, Anavia and Armya Bynoe, Jessie Bargman, and Rasheed Smith; and a host of nieces and nephews, Dan, Bridgette, Dominique, Phil, Waldo, Nicole, Stevie, Brandon, and Stacy.
