Obituary
Lisa Floyed was born on August 1, 1959, in Cleveland, Ohio, to Dorothy Jean Floyed, AKA “Dot,” and John Thomas Floyed, AKA “Jake.”
Lisa went to Crispus A. Hucks Elementary and then to Warrensville Heights Middle School in Cleveland, Ohio, until she moved to Miami, Florida, in 1973. She then attended North Dade Middle School and Edison Senior High in Miami, Florida.
Lisa received the Lord at an early age and was baptized at Burning Bush Missionary Church in Cleveland, Ohio, under the leadership of Reverend Jones.
She as a loving mother and enjoyed working in the yard growing flowers. She was gifted with the skill of drawing and loved painting.
Lisa enjoyed helping others at any capacity, and the elderly were included.
She leaves her four children, two girls, Tamika Floyed (Marcus) of Texas and Kaci Rudise of Miami, Florida, and two boys, Justin Floyed and Jareth Turner, both of Miami, Florida; six grandchildren, Kamari Mitchell, Jarvarin, Mia, Justin Floyed, Jr., Brice Floyed, and Ava Turner; sister, Gale Mitchell (John) of Miami, Florida; brother who preceded her in death, the late John T. Floyed, Jr.; Betty Lindsey, Sharon R. Johnson, Monica Anderson, and Mark Johnson of Cleveland, Ohio; one aunt, Virginia Willard Austin; one uncle, Lonnie Floyed, Jr.; nephews, Jarvis Mitchell, Johnathan (Heidi) Floyed, Jason Floyed, and Jeremy Floyed; nieces, Vanecia (Robert) Gaston and Shanika (Rodney) Johnson; and a host of cousins.
