Obituary
Quantika Lovett Johnson Dixon was born on May 13, 1974, to the proud parents of Alex Johnson and Louise Perry in Miami, Florida, she grew up in the area of overtown.
Quantika was educated in the Miami-Dade County Public School System, she attended Orchard Villa Elementary, Allapattah Middle and graduated from Miami Northwestern Senior High School.
Quantika was a proud mother of seven children, she was known for cosmetology skills and having a sweet soul. Quantika was a great wife, mother, daughter, sister, and friend.
On September 4, 2025, Quantika was called home and gained her wings. Her soul can now rest at last, she was preceded in death by her two oldest children, Lamont Williams, Jr., and Lorenzo Brown and a grandchild Donovan, Jr.
Quantika leaves to mourn her wonderful husband, James Dixon; five wonderful children, April, Jermaine, Janaya (Donovan) Jamaya and Jeffrey; her loving mother, Louise Perry; two siblings, Robbie and Carlos; grandchildren, Makhi, Lorren, Kamorah, Lorenzo Jr., King, Darrell, Jermani, A’Zaria, and Milan; niece, Ra’niyah; nephews, Robbie Jr. and Carlos Jr.; uncles, Alphonso, Teddy, and James; and her special friends, Anita, Clara, Precious and Shakietha and host cousins and friends.
