Obituary
Richard Irvin Walker, born on February 5, 1981, in Miami, Florida, at Jackson Memorial Hospital, passed away on April 21, 2026.
Richard was the beloved son of Claril Walker and Louis Brogdon. He was a man who truly loved life and lived it on his own terms. Known for his vibrant personality, Richard enjoyed spending time with friends, chasing success, and embracing every moment. He had a deep appreciation for old school Chevys, a love for the water, and a strong sense of personal style. Richard also had a taste for the finer things in life–he enjoyed looking good, feeling good, and surrounding himself with quality and comfort. He especially loved good food and took pleasure in enjoying meals, whether at home or out with others. He also enjoyed listening to music, which added to the rhythm and joy he found in everyday life.
He was a family-oriented man who valued connection and loyalty. His friendly and charming nature made him easy to be around, and he had a way of leaving a lasting impression on people. Richard was passionate, giving, and full of energy, yet strong-willed–firm in his belief that things should be done his way.
Those who knew Richard understood his complexity and the depth of his character. He leaves behind memories that will be cherished by his family, friends, and all who had the opportunity to know him.
His presence, spirit, and individuality will not be forgotten.
May he rest in peace.
