Obituary
Let not your heart be troubled, ye believe in God, believe also in me. In my father’s house are many mansions, if it were not so, I would have told you. I go to prepare a place for you. - John 14:1-2
Robert Lee Scott, Jr. was born on July 22, 1983 in Miami, Florida to the late Robert Scott Sr and Roblyn Woods-Scott. On February 20, 2023 he entered into his eternal life rest.
Robert accepted Christ at an early age at Gamble Memorial Church of God in Christ, in Miami, Florida and later became a member at New Seventy-Ninth Street World Church International, in Miami, Florida. Robert attended Westview Elementary, Westview Middle and graduated from Miami Central Senior High School. He pursued a degree in HVAC at ATI Technical School.
As a child, Robert was called “Earl”, later on in life, he adopted the name “Trouble” which paved the way to the man, we grow to know as “Rob”. Robert was a joy to be around. He was sunny, protecting and loyal about his family.
Robert was a family man, you could call him anytime and he’ll be there. Robert loved the kids and the kids loved him. But the most important thing in this world to him was his children. His children was his life.
He was preceded in death by his father Robert Scott Sr, brother Donnell, sister Sharobin Herrera and his son Robbie.
He leaves to cherish his memory: his mother, Roblyn Woods-Scott; children, Robert III, Robriella, Sariya, Roberilenna, Rob’Nhiyla, Rob’keela, Ricky and Crystal; brothers, Thaddeus Woods and Antonio Herrera; sister, Evie Scott; aunts, Rhonda Woods and Evie Scott-Rutherford; uncles David Woods (Shirley), Marvin Whitner (Shavonne), Richard Scott (Marion), Harrell Scott (Patricia), Ollie Scott Jr (Cathy) and Peter Rutherford; and a host of nieces, nephews, his dark side family, close friends, and relatives.
