Obituary

Sharon Azerma Morant was born through the beautiful union of his father, Lavern Morant, and mother, Orethia Moss, on February 18, 1962, in Miami, FL.

Sharon received her grade school and high school education in Miami, FL, through Miami Dade County public school system. She graduated from Miami Northwestern Senior High School.

Sharon was preceded in death by her father, Lavern Morant; mother, Orethia Morant; sister, Violet Ferguson; brother, Aaron Wiley; and nephews, Aaron Wiley III and nephew Tanzania Lewis.

Sharon is survived by her daughters, Shawntana Hammonds, Orethia (John) Brooks and Ashanti Williams; her one and only son, Alton Hammonds, Jr., and Shanedra Williams (?); sibling, Debra (Cecil) Harrell; fiance Ulyssess “L” Brownlee; grandchildren, Alton III, Te’shawnee H., Beyonce J., Skylah H., Roy M III, Sean M., Kennedi M., Anai H., Diovanna, Autumn H., King M., Isabella B., Eden B.; great-grandkids, SeKani, Kelan, and Khelessi; nephews, Sheldon, Keith, Kevin; nieces, Charlyne, Toni, Tiffany, Tenika, and Terry; beloved pet, “Gorgeous”; and a host of aunts, uncles, cousins, family, and friends that will miss her dearly.
