Obituary

On August 13, 1961, a blessing occurred, Susan Lee Rozier was born to Tommy and Lester Rozier in Miami, Florida. Susan was known to most people as “Ms. Ann.”

Susan resided in Opa Locka, Florida. Susan was educated in the Miami-Dade County public school system in 1966. Susan began working at a hotel as a housekeeper. Susan was a very loving, sweet, caring, and outspoken person.

Susan became a mother in 1976. Susan created and gave life to seven wonderful children.

Susan was fun to be around. She was the life of the party. Susan loved her family. She enjoyed gatherings and old school music. If she didn’t curse you out first, she didn’t love you.
On May 14, 2024, our Father whispered to Susan and said, “Job well done.” Susan won her fight and accepted her invitation for eternal life. God opened Heaven’s gate and poured out his blessings. Susan stood strong with the biggest smile and the purest heart. Susan smiled as she joined her mother, father, lifetime partner, and son in Heaven.

Preceding her in death were her loving parents, Tommy and Lester Rozier; wonderful son, Xavier Martin; and three siblings, Christina, Charles, and Tommy Jr. Rozier, all of Miami, Florida.

Susan leaves to cherish her many memories: her children, Chiquita, Shameka, Tiffany, Cheyanna, Keithavion, and Lester Jr.; godson, Devin Sr.; grandkids, Mikeshia, Curtis, Warrnisha, Vernise, Antoinae, Xaiver, Brian, Na, Lamaria, Quinton, Brandon, Antonia, Dequan, Aryanna, the late Xzaria, and the late Leborna; sisters and brothers, Larry, Willie, Rickey, Walter, and Bessie; four great-grands; and a host of nephews, nieces, and friends.
