On May 21, 1966, Terry Davis was born to Robert Lee Davis and the late Barbara Sean McCoggle Davis, in Miami, Florida. Terry obtained his education at Miami Carol City Senior High School, graduating in 1984. After graduating, he attended Florida Agricultural Mechanical University (FAMU). While at FAMU, he was apart from the Marching Band from 1984 – 1986. He returned from where he was employed with Flowers Bakery Company of Miami, Florida for 27 years.
Terry (T-Man) was called home on July 13, 2023 to his heavenly home to begin his service amongst the Angels.
Terry had several passions such as loving dem Dallas Cowboys, Miami Hurricanes, Miami Heat, and last but not least the FAMU Rattlers, still thinking he was part of marching 100 stepping through the house.
Terry leaves to cherish his memories: his loving and devoted wife, Michelle Jackson Davis; son, Tyrone Jackson of North Carolina and his daughter, Jimmea Whitfield of North Carolina; father, Robert Lee Davis (Jencie Davis) of Miami; seven siblings, Kenneth Davis (Dahl), Katherine Kendrick (Eddie, Jr.), Michelle Mills (?), Ryan Davis of Miami, FL, Ronald Coy (Lisa) of Denver, and Renee Washington of FL; one granddaughter, Aubree Renee of North Carolina; three brothers-in-law, Earnest Jackson (Valerie), Brian Jackson (Vanessa), Chad Jackson (Chimere) of Miami, FL and one sister-in-law, Catrina Jackson Boone of Texas; four aunts, Clara Russell, Julia Mae McClean, Jeanette Harrison of Fort Meade, FL, and Betty Davis McKinnon of Crystal Rivers, FL; five nieces, Jessica Gathers (Harry), Tanira Davis, MaKayla Mills, Chyara Jackson, and CiKihya Boones; six nephews, Malik Mills, Chad Jackson, II, Jackson Boone, Kalani Jackson, Keakoa Jackson and Shawn Thropes; one god-brother, Michael Greene of Miami, FL; two close friends, Rosevelt French and Phil Walker of Miami, FL; and a host of family and friends.
