Obituary

Sunrise: Thelman Mervin Fuller was born to the late Mary Jane Hilbert-Fuller and the late Carl Fuller in Miami, Florida, on April 8, 1957.

As a Child: Thelman attended Liberty City Elementary School, Horace Mann Middle, and Miami Edison Senior High Schools. He enjoyed watching westerns, cooking, and especially working with his father and brothers for their family generational lawn service.

Adulthood: Thelman, fondly referred to as “Will,” was born the sixth child to his parents. He was the calming presence of them all. He truly enjoyed working as a landscapeman for the Fuller Landscaping Service and had a keen eye for beautification of yards. Will was loved by many and well-known in his neighborhood. He will truly be missed by his family, close friends, and daughters. His smile was contagious and his heart was a shining light. He was someone you could always rely on when there was work to be done. A handyman as well as a mechanic, he had many hidden talents.

Sunset: Early in the morning on Saturday, May 13, Thelman Mervin Fuller left this life behind to live forever in eternity with our Heavenly Father. He was preceded in death by his father, the late Carl Fuller, his mother, the late Mary Jane Fuller, his brothers, Riley McIntosh, Henry Fuller, Alvin Fuller, and Simmie McIntosh, as well as his nephew, Xavier Fuller.

Thelman will be remembered by his daughters, Mary and Shantrell (Miami, FL); sister, Mary Ann Fuller; brothers, Jimmie McIntosh, Sr. (Lois) (Miramar, FL), Carzie, Jeffrey and Earl Fuller (Opalocka, FL); Michael Fuller (Laura) (Miami Gardens, FL); aunt, Lanlee Hilbert; special cousin, Lowanda Hilbert-Williams, and a host of nieces, nephews, great-nieces, and great-nephews, cousins, and sorrowing relatives, and close friends.
