Obituary
Vick, known as Victor Ferguson, was born on January 22, 1966, in Miami, Florida, to Emma and Dave Ferguson. He went home to the Lord on November 17, 2023.
He was a very talented athlete who loved playing sports. Victor played varsity for the Miami Beach Senior High team. Victor enjoyed working with the youth in the community, it did not matter the talent level of the youth, his main concern was just giving your maximum effort. It was imperative to him to encourage these young men to find strength through the Lord no matter what situation they were in.
One of his favorite artists was Tupac. The lyrics had meaning to him and he referred to it as realness. Victor was also known for his courageous poems that he sent out early in the morning; if you ever received one of those poems it didn’t matter what you were going through, those poems helped you get through the day and without a doubt God was using him. He was a serious man, but he hilarious in the way he said certain things. He had no problem telling his children that he loved them, while sharing words of wisdom from the Lord.
Victor was survived by: eleven children, Kamelia, Victor, Jr., Racheal, Anthony, Demetrius, Tavius, Erica, Vegas, Matthew, Nathaniel, and the youngest, Destiny; two sisters, Donna and Chassidy; brothers, Sherman and Dave Ferguson, Jr.; and seven grandchildren, Malachi, Makayla, Joe, Ozaiah, Nayla, Aaliyah, and Kingston.
