Obituary
Mrs. Willie Bell White, a devoted widow, mother, grandmother, great-grandmother, sister, and aunt, who entered this world on February 2, 1939, in Montezuma, Georgia, and peacefully transitioned on September 7, 2025.
Born to the late Costell and Ruby Ladd, Willie Bell lived a life marked by faith, grace, and an unwavering dedication to her family. She was preceded in death by her beloved husband, Albert White, and her cherished children, Deborah Quinn and Albert White.
She shared a special bond with her surviving children and grandchildren that reflected her enduring spirit and gentle heart. Willie Bell was a loving mother and will be missed by her surviving daughter Pamela Sippio and son-in-law Coleman Sippio. She was also preceded in death by her siblings Elizabeth Whitehead, Louise Flowers, Robert Ladd, and Costell Ladd Jr., and is survived by her devoted sister Mattie Smith.
Her legacy continues through her grandchildren: Chantel (Freddie) Doughty, Cortney Hemmingway, Coleman (Angeline) Sippio, and D'Angelo Sippio.
Her joy multiplied with the blessing of her great-grandchildren: Savannah, Raleigh, and London Doughty; Cory and Christopher Hemmingway; Anyla, Layla, Ariah, Coleman Jr., D'Angelo Jr, and Preston Sippio. She also leaves being a loving God Daughter Loretta (Vincent) Palmer. Each one of them carries forward a piece of her love, wisdom, and resilience.
Willie Bell's life was one of quiet strength and steadfast devotion. Her laughter filled rooms, her prayers covered generations, and her kindness touched every soul she encountered.
To her nieces, nephews, extended family, and friends, she was a source of encouragement and warmth, always reminding others of the power of love and faith. She loved you all dearly.
Though she has joined the great cloud of witnesses, her light will never dim. Willie Bell's memory will live on in the hearts of all who knew and loved her.
