Willmer was a woman of dignity, strength, and character. She carried herself with confidence and grace, and her presence was both comforting and inspiring. She had a joyful spirit and was known for being fun to be around, bringing warmth and laughter to those she loved. She played a significant role in raising her nieces and nephews, nurturing them with love, wisdom, and guidance that will forever be cherished.
