Obituary
“Well done, good and faithful servant; you were faithful over a few things, I will make you ruler over many things. Enter into the joy of your Lord.” ~Matthew 25:21
Minister Earlean Randle Mobley, along with Irvin, Jr., were bundles of great joy born to Irvin Randle, Sr. and Mary Crumble Randle on August 23, 1949. These siblings always shared a special bond. She lived most of her life in the Miami-Dade County, FL area but moved to Lee (Madison County), Florida after her retirement.
Preceding Minister Mobley in death were both parents; son: Calvin Wright, and siblings: Hester Williams and James Randle, Sr.
Minister Earlean accepted Christ as her Redeemer early in her life. She later accepted her call into the ministry and became a servant of God, using her godly influence to reach others in spirit and in truth. She began her ministry at Jesus People Nondenominal Church in Miami Gardens, Florida, before she became a member of Jesus Christ Renewing Christian Church.
Having spent a career as an educator who worked in various positions in the Florida Public School Districts of Miami-Dade County and Madison County, Minister Mobley’s passion for teaching, together with her nurturing spirit, enabled her to be a positive influence for countless young people whose lives she impacted. The love and respect she had for all was mutually returned to her.
Cal Sr. and Minister Mobley spent their Golden 53-year marriage in love, happiness, harmony, and support of each other in everything, including rearing of their children in a godly manner. They were nurturers and encouragers who supported, educated, and reminded them (the children) to always keep the Lord foremost in their lives.
Minister Mobley used her love for talking on the phone as another opportunity to minister to those who may have needed a listening ear, encouragement, or even reminders of God’s unconditional love for them. Likewise, she made a point of talking to her family members, and she always had time to reach out to her grandchildren and godchildren.
Minister Earlean Randle Mobley completed her final earthly assignment on Monday, December 13, 2022. She passed her earthly class and earned her heavenly reward so that she can dwell in the house of the Lord forever. “Well done, good and faithful Servant. Enter into the joy of the Lord.”
“When we all get to heaven, what a day of rejoicing that will be!” Those whose minds hold precious memories and whose hearts are the keepers of Minister Earlean Randle Mobley’s enduring love are her loving and devoted husband: Cal Mobley, Sr. of Lee, FL; sons: LaFrance Mobley of Jacksonville, FL and Cal Mobley, Jr. of Lee, FL; brothers: Irvin (Mozella) Randle, Jr. of Tampa, FL; sisters: Lucy Reid of Pembroke Pines, FL, Brenda (Victor) Washington of Miramar, FL, Mary Johnson of Tallahassee, FL, Doris Riles of Atlanta, GA, and Linda (Willie) Bass of Miami Gardens, FL; sister-in-law: Linda Randle of Coral Springs, FL; seventeen grandchildren; godchildren: Tajuanna Williams of Valdosta, GA, Shantra Nelson and Sariah Nelson, both of Miami, FL; in addition to many other sorrowing relatives and loving friends.
