Obituary

Rubin (Ruben) Williams, Jr., was born on April 26, 1940, in Clarksdale, Mississippi, to Ora Lee Brown and Ruben Williams, Sr.

He was preceded in death by his wife, Geneva Williams; daughter, Laura Williams; brother, Roosevelt Ferguson; Lucious Williams (LW); and sister, Matilda Shannon.

He is survived by: granddaughter, Sandra Murdix; daughters, Shirley Williams and Laetitia Williams; sons, Terry Willams, Anthony Williams, and Tommie Clardy; brothers, James Williams (JW), Jessie Williams, and Lee Williams (Big Gus); and sisters, Emma Willimas, Laura Williams; 20 grandkids; 23 great-grandchildren; one great-great-grandchild; and a host of many nieces and nephews.
